Absolutely, this conference is designed for all levels. We have attendees who are just learning to house hack as well as attendees with 100’s of doors.
Can I bring my spouse or team?
Yes, we highly encourage you to bring your spouse, partner, or team members to share in the experience and maximize the impact. Please note that each attendee will need to purchase their own ticket to gain access to the event.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Every year we record the sessions and send them out to attendees once they are done being edited post conference.
What’s the dress code?

What’s the refund policy?
All sales are final. If you are unable to attend the event, we allow you to announce and sell your ticket in the community for your cost or discount (however you see fit). Some members in the past have gifted their tickets to someone they knew would benefit from the event.
